SESSION I
- A Junior class for children ages 4-12
SESSION II
- Dan Bong session – The Dan Bong (a short corded stick) also affectionately known as the “bone breaker” was originally used by Korean drummers and demonstrates the versatility and practicality of Hwa Rang Do weapon training where everyday objects can be used with devastating effectiveness for self-defense purposes.
SESSION III
- Hwa Rang Do Fighting Tactics – Hwa Rang Do is one of the world’s most comprehensive martial arts. From this massive curriculum, Master Kijek will distill and teach some of the most useful and practical applications to defend yourself from all manner of attack.
SESSION IV
- Meditation and Ki Power Development – Hwa Rang Do trains students in “inner power development”. With the aid of both passive and active meditation and Ki power development exercises, Master Kijek will guide participants as they explore their own natural internal energy and work on developing it for both health and self-defense purposes.
